My name is Tom and I come from the gourmet paradise of Guanzou, which is renowned as a heaven of delicacy.
With 16 years experience as a chef, including 9 years in Australia, I have a passion for experimenting with new recipes and flavour combinations. It is my ambition to strive for excellence and to satisfy all our valued customers
